Seeking a Founding Social Enterprise Development Fellow (Intern/Volunteer) producing premium, eco-friendly custom apparel to create economic mobility for refugee and immigrant families.

Responsibilities:

• Business Growth: Secure initial clients, forge community/B2B partnerships, and assist marketing.
• Strategy: Support pricing, startup budgeting, grant research, and eco-friendly sourcing.
• Studio Production: Run print/heat-press equipment, handle inks/tools, and ensure quality control.

Details:

• Commitment: ~20 hrs/week (Flexible) | Sun–Thu | Beaverton, OR
• Physical: Able to stand, lift up to 40 lbs, and handle production tools/inks following safety guidelines.
