PGSCA, a 501(c)3 organization founded in 1983, is working on international grassroots and community initiatives that benefit both Portland, Oregon and Guadalajara, Mexico. We accomplish this through arts and culture, humanitarian assistance, youth and education, and economic development and sustainability, all while fostering cross-cultural understanding between the two cities.
