About
The mission of Dress for Success is to empower women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire and development tools to help women thrive in work and in life. We understand getting a job is really expensive and overwhelming! Our goal is to support clients with those resources and a network support to help remove barriers that come up when getting and keeping employment. We rely on skill-based volunteering to support our programs and services, and have a volunteer base of over 400 individuals who utilize their own unique skills to further our mission.

Dress for Success Oregon (DFSO) is growing our volunteer community! We are actively seeking volunteers to help our clients as they find work, keep their jobs and support their families. Volunteers are placed based on their person skills and interests. If you have a background in supporting with job interviews, personal shopping, data entry, event planning and more see below to sign up for an upcoming orientation to learn how you can engage with our mission of supporting women and gender expansive folks in Oregon and SW Washington.ROLES INCLUDE:
