Alexis Barton

I'm Alexis, or Lexi (she/her pronouns). As two-term AmeriCorps alumni, I served at Johnson Creek Watershed Council through Confluence Environmental Center in a position focused on advancing environmental equity, and am now happy to be working with Tryon Creek Watershed Council! I seek to incorporate an equity lens into all the work I am a part of. I spend time away from work with my partner at our community garden plot and at home with our dog and cats, experimenting both in the kitchen and on various crafts.
